We offer a wide range of services including Pre-Construction Consultation, Construction Management, Owner’s Representative, General Contracting, Design/Build, Value Engineering, Estimating & Purchasing, Commissioning, Scheduling & Lean Construction, Quality Assurance, Risk Management, VDC/BIM Coordination, and Sustainable Building. We specialize in commercial and residential ground up and retail projects. We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Construction Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive to lead the development, implementation, and management of technology solutions across our construction operations. This individual will play a critical role in optimizing our use of and other construction technologies, while also serving as the primary liaison with our third-party IT provider to manage office-related IT systems and support. This is a hybrid role requiring both field-level construction tech knowledge and general IT coordination skills, ensuring seamless tech operations across both project sites and corporate offices. - Lead the implementation, management, and optimization of Procore across all construction projects. - Serve as the primary Procore administrator: configure project templates, manage user access, and oversee system workflows. - Train and support internal staff and subcontractors on Procore usage and best practices. - Analyze construction workflows to identify opportunities for technology-driven improvements. - Integrate Procore with related systems (e.g., accounting, scheduling, document control). - Stay up to date on construction tech trends and recommend tools that enhance productivity, safety, and quality. - Develop and document SOPs for technology use on job sites and in the office. - Act as the internal point of contact for all office-related IT issues, coordinating with our third-party IT provider to ensure timely resolution. - Manage onboarding/offboarding of employees with regard to IT equipment, access, and software tools. - Maintain inventory of computers, software licenses, and hardware assets. - Support IT-related needs for internal communications tools, printers, video conferencing, file storage, and security systems. - Participate in IT planning related to office expansions, upgrades, or system rollouts. - Help define basic internal IT procedures and escalate more complex issues to the third-party IT team as needed. - Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - 3+ years of hands-on experience with Procore in a construction or project management role. - Familiarity with construction workflows and field operations. - 5+ years of experience in construction technology, IT coordination, or digital project management. - Proficiency in office IT systems, networks, and hardware (basic troubleshooting level). - Experience managing vendor relationships or third-party service providers. - Excellent communication, organizational, and training skills. - Procore Certification preferred; familiarity with other platforms like Bluebeam, BIM 360, PlanGrid is a plus.
