The Information Technology (IT) group at KLA is involved in every aspect of the global business. This integrated approach to customer service, creativity and technological excellence enables employee productivity, business analytics, and process excellence. * Manage product configuration specifications and drive sales order (SO) accuracy * Develop and maintain key performance metrics * Work with key stakeholders eg Marketing, Sales, NPI, Special Coordinator, Engineering Services, Order Administration, Manufacturing, Master Schedulers and VC Modelers etc * Chair meetings & manage PCS document eg. KMAT models, KMAT Phantoms, KMAT BOM, pricing, configuration rules, description, etc * Ensure new materials and BOMs are set up and created correctly and CO accuracy when ready for Variant Configurator (VC) modelling (Structure the PCS into SAP) * Work with VC Modelers to ensure information in VC is accurate; validate & testing VC changes in SAP & production environment by creating quotes * Chair order review meeting and ensure SO accuracy with correct configuration * Manage and ensure accuracy of C point database and weekly MRP loading. * Bachelor Degree in Engineering or technical field or equivalent experience * Related industry experience in managing orders configuration, document control or engineering and planning management is an advantage * Familiarity with MRP processes and working knowledge of computer software applications (e.g. MS Excel, MS Power Point, SAP) is an advantage * Analytical, good communication and interpersonal skills * Team player, self-driven and able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency * Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment * Ability to assertively implement configuration management policy * Open to consider relevant experienced or entry level applicants * Bachelor Degree in Business or technical field or equivalent experience * Minimum 3-5 years of related industry experience in managing orders configuration, document control or engineering and planning management * Familiarity with MRP processes and working knowledge of computer software applications (e.g. MS Excel, MS Power Point, SAP) * Analytical, good communication and interpersonal skills * Team player, self-driven and able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency * Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment * Ability to assertively implement configuration management policy Be aware of potentially fraudulent job postings or suspicious recruiting activity by persons that are currently posing as KLA employees.
