We are seeking an energetic and motivated Conference Booth Sales Representative to join our team for a few days at Mc Cormick Convention Center, Chicago, IL ! In this role, you will be the face of our organization at the ASCO 2026 Conference, responsible for attracting attendees, showcasing our offerings, and converting interest into meaningful connections. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will drive our presence at conferences and trade shows, helping us expand our reach and build lasting relationships with potential clients. Responsibilities
- Engage conference attendees with enthusiasm, clearly communicating the value of our products or services.
- Actively promote our brand at trade show booths by providing informative demonstrations and answering questions.
- Identify potential leads by qualifying prospects through engaging conversations and gathering relevant information.
- Build rapport with visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued throughout their interaction.
- Collect contact details and follow up with interested prospects post-event to nurture relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to set up booth displays, ensure materials are well-stocked, and maintain an inviting appearance.
- Track and report on booth activity, including visitor counts, lead quality, and feedback received during events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Ability to confidently engage with diverse audiences in a lively, energetic manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized mindset capable of managing multiple interactions and following up effectively.
- Prior experience at trade shows or promotional events is required.
Conference hours are May 29th - Booth Setup in afternoon, May 30th- June 1st - 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
