Overview of the role
Nanoprecise Sci Corp is seeking a highly skilled Condition Monitoring Engineer, particularly focusing on sensors, plays a crucial role in enhancing the reliability, efficiency, and performance of industrial assets. These engineers use advanced sensor technologies, data analytics, and real-time monitoring techniques to assess the condition of machinery and equipment across various industries such as manufacturing, oil & gas, utilities, and more.
Responsibilities
• Degree qualified in relevant Engineering discipline with 3-5 years exp in similar
field.
• CAT1 Vibration and Infrared Thermography Certifications are required.
• Knowledge of ISO Standards such as ISO 1940 (ANSI S2-19), ISO 7919, ISO
10816, SC5 & API standards etc.
• Knowledge of various kinds of machinery failures and their correlation with the
statistical data and applying the theoretical conditions to define new algorithms
on Automated machine diagnostics.
• Knowledge of Ultrasonic detection techniques for Bearings & Gear shafts is
preferred Ability to interpret a variety of complex instructions furnished in
pictorial, oral, schedule, or written forms, strong problem solving and
troubleshooting skills, and leadership skills with the ability mentor junior
technicians.
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills would be
imperative for this role
• Experience to perform balancing and alignment on rotating equipment
• Experience in Installing piezoelectric sensor and MEMS sensor would be added
advantage.
• Experience in Vibration/AE/Temperature Sensor Design/research work will be
an added advantage.
• Experience in working with latest Technology Sensor and Predictive
Maintenance solution will be an added advantage
Measures/ KRA’s:
• Conducting vibration monitoring sensor installation activities at Customer Sites,
collecting and analyzing data and diagnosing a wide range of vibration
related fault conditions with technical reports.
• Remotely monitoring & trending of rotating equipment parameters in a timely
manner & reporting abnormality with accurate predictions and
following up with customers related to Maintenance actions taken.
• Extensive analysis on vibration, Acoustics, Temperature data & Process
parameters collected to troubleshoot machinery problems and recommend
remedial measures.
• Supporting with advanced technical expertise including identifying solutions to
asset reliability risks that could adversely affect business operations.
• Recommending on-going preventative and predictive maintenance services and
new technologies to meet customer needs, and preparing thorough
comprehensive reports of activities, data findings and repair recommendations.
• Supporting Business Development by travelling to new customers and
understanding their problems and finding/preparing a practical solution
with RotationLF.
Customer Site Travelling for Sensor installation for quality data acquisition &
frequently updating the rotating machine details (Gear, Bearing, shaf
Education Qualification, Experience & Skills:
BE/B.Tech,M.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 2+years of experience in condition monitoring or predictive maintenance roles.
CAT-I/II vibration analysts’ certification
