SynLaia Innovations is pioneering the integration of mechanical dynamics in human biology and drug discovery. By combining spatial cell and tissue mechanomics with multi-modal omics data, the company develops novel insights and interventions into cell and tissue mechanical states in both health and disease.
Role Description
This is a hybrid role based in Cambridge with flexibility for remote work. The Computational/ML Scientist will contribute to the development and application of machine learning models and algorithms on multi-modal datasets, focusing on integrating mechanomics and omics data. Day-to-day responsibilities include data preprocessing, designing scalable computational frameworks, conducting advanced analyses, implementing high-performance computing solutions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to advance research and technical innovation.
We welcome recent graduates to join us in a paid internship designed to evolve into a full-time position as you grow with the company. Start date: January 2026.
