EFAS Technologies is looking for a talented Hydraulics/Fluid Dynamics Engineer to join our dynamic team. We are seeking an individual with a background in data science and Python programming, as well as expertise in hydraulic modeling and fluid dynamics. Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with our data science team to develop and implement hydraulic models for water distribution networks.
● Apply fluid dynamics principles to simulate and analyze the behavior of water in pipe lines.
● Utilize Python programming for data analysis, modeling, and simulation.

● Work closely with the AI development team to enhance the accuracy of our AI-driven leak detection system.
● Assist in the design, execution, and interpretation of hydraulic tests.
● Collect, manage, and process data relevant to hydraulic modeling.

Qualifications:
● A Master’s degree in data science, hydraulics, water resources, or related engineering field.
● A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in hydraulic modeling with demonstrated knowledge of system hydraulics, hydraulic modeling software, flow factor development and projections, alternative scenario analysis, or related experience.
● Strong data analysis skills.
● Strong proficiency in Python/ C++ for data analysis and modeling.
● Experience with software commonly used in hydraulic modeling (AutoCAD, ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, and Innovyze Modeling Software).
● Solid understanding of fluid dynamics principles and numerical methods.
● Understanding or experience with water distribution systems is a plus.
● Ability to travel as required for project/client and business development responsibilities.
● Must have the ability to work both independently, with limited supervision, and as part of a multi-tasking team.
● Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
● Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
