We are seeking a highly reliable, forward-thinking, and innovative

Computational Biologist/Chemist/Physicist to strengthen our in silico and ML research capabilities.

Your Mindset

• Strong interest in staying up to date with cutting-edge technologies and scientific developments

• Strong belief in combining in silico and machine learning approaches with in-house wet lab data for ideal outcomes
• Passion for enzymes or proteins in general
• Interest in working on industrial research projects with clear objectives, milestones, and time-sensitive deliverables

Your expertise:

• A completed PhD or M.Sc. with at least 3 years of working experience in Computational Biology/Chemistry, Biophysics, Machine Learning, or a comparable field
• Strong background in enzyme engineering, including enzyme and protein structure-function relationships
• Proficiency in Python for scientific coding and data analysis
• Experience using GitHub for version control and collaborative development
• Hands-on experience with molecular simulations, ideally using Rosetta and molecular dynamics methods
• Experience applying machine learning or AI approaches to protein design or protein sequence analysis
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI and computational infrastructures, for example, AWS
