* Analysis of large-scale multi-omics and multi-dimensional data

* Interpretation of complex biological information based on the results of data analyses

* Support of projects with client pharma and biotech companies by contributing analytical insights, requirements, workflows across target discovery, target identification and validation, and the analysis of data in clinical and translational medicine

* Ability to listen to client company needs in the project. Ability to rapidly collaborate with other data scientists working in the project in a fast paced environment

Core Qualifications and Experience

* PhD in computational biology, bioinformatics, bioengineering, computer science or a related field

* Experience in languages such as R, Python, and related tools

* Hands-on experience in NGS data analysis and best-practices for QC, alignment, secondary data analysis, pathway and enrichment analyses.

* Experience with supervised modeling (ML, AI, and statistics)

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential to effectively communicate complex computational concepts and findings

* Ability to work independently with general direction to meet objectives and timelines, adapting to changes in priorities to fulfill the client requirements in the project.

* Standard code and data management practices with proper documentation

* Experience with Unix-based systems and cloud computing environments
