We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to support our SOC2 Audit team. In this vital role, you will assist the Director of DevOps with the following tasks:
Responsibilities
- Audit systems and processes for compliance to SOC2 Type 1 TSC
- Audit and assist with documentation for SOC2 Type 1 audit.
- Make recommendations for specifying "in-scope" systems. The Individual must have a strong familiarity with SOC2 Type 1 TSC control mapping and AWS infrastructure, including Security Hub, GuardDuty, and Inspector, as they relate to SOC2 Compliance.
The individual shall be well-versed in identifying gaps and quickly remediating them across all business disciplines, technical and non-technical alike.
Expected work through December, potentially into January, and beyond, should we have contractor dollars available with the grant. Future work would include:
Preparation to migrate from SOC2 Type1 into SOC2 Type2 audit in 2026 ISO27k audit in 2026
Experience:
- Proven experience in a compliance or internal audit role within banking, finance, or corporate accounting environments.
- Strong understanding of SOC2 compliance requirements.
