ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Commercial Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. You will play a key role in supporting the commercial function by streamlining processes, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring the smooth execution of our sales operations. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives on bringing structure and clarity to a fast-moving environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Coordinate day-to-day commercial operations across sales, service, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution
• Manage CRM data integrity, track pipeline progress, and generate regular performance reports
• Support quote management, proposal preparation, and customer onboarding processes
• Partner with service, supply chain, and finance teams to drive operational alignment and resolve bottlenecks
• Identify process improvements to increase commercial efficiency and scalability
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, and briefing materials for senior stakeholders

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales support, or a similar role
• Background in biotechnologies, pharmaceuticals, microscopy, or life sciences is preferred
• Proficiency with CRM and ERP platforms
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with a keen eye for data accuracy and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English; Other languages is a plus
