Angle Recruitment has partnered with a shipping company is looking for a Commercial Manager to support commercial performance across the Southeast Asia region. This role works closely with regional leadership and local sales teams to improve results and grow the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support regional commercial planning and execution.
• Track and review country and agency sales performance.
• Work with agencies to grow cargo volumes and customer accounts.
• Identify underperforming markets and support improvement through clear targets and sales discipline.
• Identify new business and service opportunities based on market needs.
• Support sales analysis, market intelligence, and budgeting activities.
• Take part in regional projects, industry events, and agency visits.

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Maritime, Finance, or similar).
• 8-10 years' experience in the shipping industry.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability.
• Clear communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
• Self-driven and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Willing to travel as required.
