Responsibilities

• Grow revenue in the energy trading vertical — build relationships and close deals
• Crack the code on scaling this space: turn one-off wins into a repeatable playbook
• Write and continuously rewrite the sales playbook with creative approaches
• Be the voice of the customer, working cross-functionally with our AI, Meteorology, and Product teams to shape what we build
• Collaborate closely with the product team to refine our offerings
• Rigorously manage customer relationships, never letting an opportunity slip through the cracks
• Sell with vision and rigor. You’re not selling a product that exists in the market, you’re selling what the future of weather forecasting can be
• Scale revenue by 10x+ owning not just near-term growth, but helping drive long-term commercial vision

Skills and Qualifications

• You have gone from 0 to 1 spinning up sales, taking your process from exploratory convos to mature, repeatable wins
• Experience selling complex B2B products, where stakes are high and timelines are fast
• Generalist who can learn trader lingo quickly (or already be well-versed in the industry) and adapt to new playbooks on the fly
• Drive and hunger to close deals, build relationships and generate real-world impact
• Scrappiness
• Product-minded seller, partnering with technical teams to shape and test our market solutions
• You love complexity and are not afraid of new markets
• Bonus: experience in weather

Salary

• $100k-150k** We are considering a range of backgrounds and experience levels for this position and adjust our offers accordingly to be competitive with market rates.
