• Commercial Operations & Process Improvement: Manage the complete SKU lifecycle, from supplier onboarding to system updates, while proactively identifying and implementing automation opportunities to streamline commercial processes (e.g., pricing, product codes, pack sizes).
• Digital Merchandising & Platform Refinement: Own the presentation of products on our app and website, optimising SKU visibility through compelling imagery, accurate descriptions, and strategic layouts. Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to enhance the digital platform and execute promotional campaigns.
• Marketplace Optimisation: Support Zapp's presence on third-party platforms (e.g., Deliveroo, Uber Eats) by managing promotions, ensuring competitive positioning, and analysing marketplace data to identify sales and pricing opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in a commercially-focused role such as category management, buying, merchandising, or management consulting, ideally within retail, FMCG, or e-commerce.
• Proven project management skills with a track record of managing multiple concurrent workstreams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical abilities, with confidence in building business cases and using data to drive decisions. Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets) or Microsoft Excel is essential.
• A high-energy, self-starting individual with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to make quick, effective decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Tenacious and influential communicator, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels and driving projects to completion with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Looker.
• Direct experience working with third-party marketplace platforms like Deliveroo or Uber Eats.
