2+ years of experience
in B2B outbound sales (preferably in tech, SaaS, or consulting).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Native-level Portuguese
communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Management
(preferred).
Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Snov.io, or ActiveCampaign
