About the Role:

• We are seeking a motivated and skilled Cognitive Solutions Specialist with 2-5 years of experience to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python, machine learning (ML), and large language models (LLMs). Experience or exposure to support functions is a valuable plus, enabling a well-rounded approach to solution design and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-based automation and intelligence solutions to streamline business processes.
• Utilize Python for scripting, data processing, and integration tasks related to AI workflows.
• Develop and fine-tune machine learning models, including working with large language models (LLMs) for natural language processing and other AI-driven tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
• Support and maintain deployed AI solutions, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed.
• Assist in creating documentation and training materials for end-users and support teams.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in AI and ML to continuously enhance solution capabilities

Required Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of professional experience in AI, ML, or automation-focused roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning techniques and working knowledge of large language models
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify AI opportunities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a support or operations environment is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and APIs for AI integration.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Capability to demonstrate their AI/ML/GenAI contribution on live lab/Git Acc on the interview calls
