What You Will Do

Own end-to-end production of short-form video series: concept through final delivery. Build and maintain templated motion systems that allow fast, repeatable, visually consistent output across series. Script, storyboard, animate, edit, mix, and master. Source stock footage, b-roll, sound beds, and voice (including AI voice tools where appropriate). Work directly with the CEO on messaging, pacing, and creative direction. Produce at volume without sacrificing craft. Maintain a production calendar and hit deadlines.

Your video content will live across all socials.

5+ years in video production, motion graphics, or post-production. Expert-level After Effects. Strong in Premiere, DaVinci, or equivalent NLE. Sound design and audio mixing chops. Your own software licenses and hardware. Ability to source and curate stock assets, music, and b-roll independently. AI-forward mindset for workflow acceleration (not output generation). Experience producing for B2B, tech, or executive audiences is a plus.

Approximately 1% equity, with flexibility based on experience and portfolio. This is an all-equity team of 18 senior operators scaling toward funding and revenue milestones in Q3. Cash compensation begins after a successful funding close.

You will own the visual identity of a company defining a new category in enterprise AI. Direct access to the CEO. No layers. No committees. High autonomy, high volume, high standards. If you want to build something that matters and you want your work to be seen, this is it.
