We are looking for a Cofounder-level Head of Messaging & Product Evangelism to work directly with the CEO as the person who owns the message. Every word SQOR.ai puts in front of the market, from video scripts (*very important) to all social to in-app notifications to the language on a pitch deck, runs through this role.
You will be the bridge between a deeply technical AI product and the executives, operators, and decision-makers who need to understand why it matters to them. You will write the scripts, craft the positioning, shape the product voice, and make every word we publish do real work.
You will partner with the CEO regularly to extract the vision, philosophy, and psychology behind the product, then translate that into copy that lands with our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) across every channel and touchpoint. Video scripts, website messaging, social media, pitch decks, product marketing materials, in-app messaging, email sequences, notifications, and anything else a user or prospect reads or hears from us.
We already have a motion graphics specialist and a video creative director/editor/producer on the team. What we are missing is the writer. The person who develops the scripts, owns the narrative, and ensures the message lands before it ever gets to production. You will collaborate closely with these team members to direct what gets said, how it gets said, and why it matters.
Your first months will be spent building scripts for video content, copy for the website, and in-application content that engages users at every touchpoint (emails, pop-ups, in-app notifications, toasts, informational prompts, onboarding flows). From there, you will expand into a full messaging operation that drives awareness, engagement, and inbound pipeline.
You must be hands-on, fast, and prolific. You must use AI-assisted workflows to produce at volume without sacrificing quality or brand precision. You must study the competition relentlessly, find their weaknesses, and craft messaging that exploits them. You must be ready to look at the numbers, accept what they tell you, and adjust until the numbers go up.
This is not a role for someone who plays it safe or wants to coast. The business intelligence industry is stuck in the past and we intend to say that out loud. We need someone with the edge, the conviction, and the craft to position SQOR.ai as a paradigm shift in how every company on earth will relate to their data and make decisions. If you are a shrinking violet, this is not for you.

The role offers approximately 1% equity, with flexibility for more for the right candidate based on experience, portfolio strength, and level of involvement. This position represents a commitment to grow alongside a team of senior operators working for equity as the company scales toward funding and revenue milestones in late Q2, early Q3. Cash compensation will begin following a successful funding close.
