Your mandate is to build a high-quality content engine that makes SQOR visible, credible, and difficult to ignore.
Day-one priorities:
• Audit existing channels
• Identify gaps and opportunities
• Establish publishing cadence
• Begin producing content immediately
You will work directly with the CEO and revenue team to ensure content aligns with real market needs and conversations.
𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹
• Build and operate a multi-channel publishing engine
• Create recurring formats that compound audience over time
• Develop scripts, storyboards, and creative direction for video production
• Use modern tools and AI to increase output quality and speed
• Maintain strict brand consistency across all materials
• Track performance and optimize based on data
• Support sales enablement with decks and visual assets
• Contribute to website content and messaging
𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
This role offers approximately 1 percent equity, with flexibility for more with the right candidate based on portfolio quality and experience. All current team members are working full-time for equity as the company scales toward funding and revenue milestones in late Q2 and early Q3. Cash compensation begins following a successful funding close.
