Role Description

This is a full-time remote position as a Co-Founder Drug Discovery (Aging and Longevity) at KosmosOne. The role entails leading and conducting innovative research to discover and optimize new therapeutic solutions targeted at aging and longevity. Responsibilities include strategy development, overseeing R&D operations, and contributing to the formulation of business models and partnerships. The candidate will actively collaborate with scientists, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams while engaging in high-level strategic discussions to drive the company’s vision and long-term success.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and research skills to lead hypothesis-driven investigations and translate microgravity-driven insights into practical applications.
Excellent communication capabilities to articulate findings, strategies, and complex concepts to stakeholders, team members, and potential partners.
Experience in sales and marketing to establish partnerships, secure funding, and drive market adoption of innovative therapeutics.
Demonstrated capability for leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making in multidisciplinary environments.
Advanced degree in a relevant field such as biotechnology, biophysics, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related discipline is highly desirable.
Passion for aging and longevity therapeutics, with a strong interest in leveraging microgravity and AI technologies for novel drug discovery.
