COMPENSATION:

Every member of our 18-person team is here because they believe in what we're building. We are all-in, working for equity with full ownership and commitment. For the right Director of Product and Program Management, we're offering approximately 1 percent equity, depending on involvement and contribution. This is real ownership, not token shares. We expect to introduce salary compensation in late Q1 2026 or early Q2 as we hit key revenue milestones and secure capital.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

Product Execution and Technical Delivery

• Own end-to-end delivery of product features, infrastructure upgrades, client implementations, and marketplace integrations
• Define scope, write detailed requirements documents (PRDs), and translate them into actionable epics and user stories
• Manage Jira backlogs, sprint planning, and velocity tracking across multiple engineering squads
• Facilitate daily scrum meetings, retrospectives, and release planning ceremonies
• Maintain comprehensive documentation in Confluence including technical specifications, process documentation, and delivery runbooks
• Ensure requirements include testable acceptance criteria and coordinate with QA on validation
• Track and report on delivery metrics, sprint health, and blockers with clear escalation paths

Program Management and Client Delivery

• Serve as single point of accountability for on-time delivery of client implementations and enterprise integrations
• Partner with sales and customer success to manage client onboarding timelines and delivery commitments
• Provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders with clear visibility into progress, risks, and blockers
• Own delivery of SaaS data connectors and enterprise integrations, coordinating across engineering and integration teams
• Run project kickoffs, manage dependencies, and conduct post-mortems to drive continuous improvement

Cross-Functional Coordination and Team Enablement

• Act as the operational hub connecting engineering, product, AI, and customer teams
• Lead triage sessions to prioritize bugs, scope features, and resolve blockers
• Surface dependencies early and drive resolution across teams
• Translate technical requirements from AI and backend teams into clear engineering specifications
• Work with CEO and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for delivery health

Marketplace and Strategic Partnerships

• Manage delivery and maintenance of SQOR's listings across AWS Marketplace, GCP, Snowflake, and Salesforce AppExchange
• Serve as primary liaison with Google Cloud ISV Springboard team, coordinating on technical integration, co-marketing opportunities, and joint go-to-market initiatives
• Leverage SQOR's position as a top Google Cloud partner to drive marketplace visibility and adoption
• Coordinate packaging, compliance requirements, documentation, and listing approvals
• Improve developer onboarding experience including Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Software Development Kits (SDKs), and technical documentation

WHAT YOU BRING:

• 10+ years experience in product management or technical program management in high-growth SaaS companies
• Proven track record managing complex software delivery with multiple concurrent workstreams
• Deep hands-on experience with agile methodologies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, story writing, and velocity management
• Expert-level proficiency with Jira and Confluence in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong technical aptitude to understand software architecture, data pipelines, and modern development practices
• Experience with instrumentation, telemetry, and analytics tooling in production environments
• Background delivering enterprise client implementations with clear success metrics
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI), analytics, and data tools including Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and KPI frameworks
• Client delivery experience with demonstrated ability to manage customer expectations and delivery timelines
• Product-Led Growth (PLG) experience is a plus but not required
• Proven ability to thrive in high-velocity, low-structure, high-ownership startup environments
