We need a battle-tested product management and delivery leader. Someone who is hands-on with Jira, fluent in requirements, and knows how to turn ideas into shipped software. Experience in analytics, business intelligence, or AI-driven products is a strong plus.

This role owns the full product delivery lifecycle. You will define requirements, drive sprint execution, manage releases, and enforce operational discipline across the team. You will report directly to the CEO and act as the backbone of execution, ensuring engineering, AI, and client teams stay aligned, unblocked, and moving forward.
You will run agile processes end to end. This includes owning Jira structure, leading daily scrums, driving sprint planning, and maintaining clear documentation in Confluence. You are the person who ensures nothing slips, timelines hold, and quality stays high.
Beyond execution, you will play a critical role in shaping the product itself. This is an AI-native platform, and a core part of your mandate is improving the quality, depth, and reliability of what we deliver to users. That includes:
* Improving response accuracy and consistency across the platform
* Elevating the quality of analysis, including causation, forecasts, and recommendations
* Structuring and refining how insights, reports, and outputs are generated and presented
* Driving continuous iteration on how users interact with and extract value from AI-driven answers
* Translating real user needs into product improvements that measurably increase trust and adoption
This is where product meets real AI impact. You are not just shipping features. You are improving how intelligence is delivered.
You will also work closely with strategic partners, including Google Cloud, to support go-to-market efforts and technical collaboration. This is an advantage, not the focus.
This is not a passive strategy role. It is execution, ownership, and accountability. You will be expected to bring structure to complexity, maintain momentum across multiple workstreams, and deliver consistently at a high level.

COMPENSATION:
Every member of our 18-person team is here because they believe in what we're building. We are all-in, working for equity only for now, with full ownership and commitment. We are offering approximately 1 to 2 percent equity, dependent on experience and contribution. This is real ownership, not token shares. We expect to introduce salary compensation in late Q2 2026 or early Q3 as we hit key revenue milestones and secure capital.
