The company is entering validation, with a defined technical roadmap and a clear pathway from £500K pre-seed → £6.5M institutional seed round.

The Role

We are seeking a Co-Founder, Capital & Fundraising to take full ownership of the company’s capital strategy and delivery.

Immediate focus:

• Close a £500K pre-seed round
• Build momentum and positioning toward a £6.5M seed raise

This is a hands-on execution role - leading the process end-to-end: narrative, materials, investor access, and closing.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record of closing early-stage rounds (not advisory)
• Direct access to relevant investors (angels, syndicates, early-stage funds)
• Ability to position complex deep-tech into a credible investment case
• Founder-level mindset and ownership

Compensation

• Equity at inception
• Salary activated post-fundraise
• Meaningful ownership aligned with delivery of the round
