Alva Manufacturing is a fast-growing Aerospace Machine Shop located in city of Placentia currently supplying parts to Boeing Defense, Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin, and many more. We utilize the latest technologies including 5-Axis Milling, Multi-Axis Turning, and Automated-Pallet Changing/Lights-out Production systems, CMM Inspection equipment. Most of the products that we build here are flying to Space and to Mars.

Description:
The CNC Programmer is responsible for creating NC Programs for CNC Machines using CATIA, MASTERCAM, GibbsCAM, or FUSION360 and perform Verification using VERICUT or CAMPLETE, including but not limited to, 3-axis and 5-Axis Mills. The programmer shall be able to plan and program complex components with different material (e.g. Titanium, Stainless Steel, Inconel, and Aluminum). Have experience with macro programs is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Careful review of drawings, data, and engineering required to successfully program machining to customer requirements.
Creation of programs to control the operation sequence and cycling of CNC machines.
Efficient selection and application of available machines to jobs.
