Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating CNC machinery and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for producing precision components according to specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines, including stamping presses and press brake machines, to manufacture parts as per engineering specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand production requirements.
• Utilize NX software and SolidWorks for programming and design adjustments as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of finished products using precision measuring tools such as micrometers to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machinery operation, including logic controllers and Fanuc systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols within the manufacturing facility.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings is essential.
• Familiarity with CAD software, SolidWorks, and other design tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of operating stamping presses, press brake machines, and logic controllers is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $44,154.60 - $53,175.43 per year
