What You'll Do

• Grow and lead the marketing team from a handful of people to 50+ FTEs. Hire, mentor, and inspire across performance, brand, creative, and product marketing.‍
• Own the story we tell the world - online, offline, everywhere. You’ll decide where to invest, when to experiment, and when to double down.‍
• Run campaigns that people remember - not just clicks and conversions, but moments that make small business owners feel supported.
• Set budgets, plan quarters, and translate big ideas into actionable plans.‍
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with product, development and client-facing teams, making sure everything we do resonates and drives impact.

Who We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in leading marketing in fast-moving companies - ideally where growth was on everyone’s mind every day.
• Proven ability to scale teams and create processes that actually work in the real world.‍
• Experience across multiple channels and formats - paid, organic, partnerships, PR, events, you name it.
• Comfortable with big budgets and quarterly planning, but hands-on enough to roll up your sleeves.‍
• A mix of strategist and doer, curious about trends, and unafraid to try something new (even if it fails).
• Someone who thrives in chaos, loves building things from scratch, and cares about the humans on the other side of our product.

• Salary range for this role: €6,000-9,000 gross/month depending on expertise and experience
