Description:
Responsible for performing inspections, and providing capability studies on parts, programmable Coordinate Measuring Machine.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze product quality
Use measuring devices such as micrometer, caliper where precision and interpretation are required.
Analyze CAD files, program and evaluate parts on a CMM
Education/Experience Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Work History:
3-5 Years CMM experience
3-5 Years PC-DMIS experience
SIEMENS NX and CATIA experience preferred
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl; and lift up to 40 pounds.
