At Automatify, you will combine pro-code engineering with workflow and integration orchestration that connects business systems, combining reliable APIs with serverless architecture. You will design and deploy scalable REST APIs and high-performance serverless functions to handle complex business logic. You will contribute to the extensions of our Agentic Automation solutions and integrate AI agents with external and internal systems.

What you’ll do :

• Design and build scalable REST APIs using Node.js. Configure public-facing endpoints via Azure API Management or AWS API Gateway.
• Build, deploy, and test high-performance serverless functions using Azure Functions or AWS Lambda to handle complex data processing that low-code tools cannot manage.
• Connect internal systems and integrate external systems using the Azure Integration Services portfolio.
• Design and build integration and automation solutions using Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions, leveraging GenAI to process unstructured data.
• Extend capabilities of AI Agents using serverless functions, MCP server implementation and custom APIs.
• Maintain rigorous Interface Design Documents (IDDs) and OpenAPI standards, ensuring that AI agents, integrations and automations interact predictably with the internal ERP and business systems.

Who you are :

• You have strong experience in backend development and a proven track record of implementing RESTful APIs using Node.js. You are experienced in configuring public-facing APIs using either the Azure or AWS stack.
• You are proficient in the development of microservices or serverless functions in AWS Lambda or Azure Functions. You understand cold-starts, triggers, bindings and event-driven architectures.
• You have a deep understanding of REST API architecture, security and versioning. You are skilled in using OpenAPI/Swagger to design and document these interfaces.
