Clinical or research experience is a bonus; what matters more is judgement, ownership, and the ability to make things work when there is no rulebook.

This is a delivery and ownership role. As a Project Manager at Prima Mente, you will be the primary outward-facing operator for our clinical programs — working directly with sites, clinicians, and partners to ensure studies recruit well, run smoothly, and deliver high-quality data. You will still improve processes and build systems, but your defining feature is that you own outcomes . You are the person sites recognise, trust, and turn to when something matters.

Role focus As a Project Manager, you will own the delivery of clinical and research programs end to end .

You’ll be the key interface between:

• trial sites and clinicians,
• participants and recruitment pathways,
• internal clinical, laboratory, and software teams.

Your job is to ensure that studies recruit, retain, and deliver , while continuously improving how we operate at scale.

What You’ll Work On

• Act as the primary point of contact for trial sites, building strong, trusted relationships.
• Own site engagement, onboarding, and ongoing performance.
• Lead recruitment planning, tracking, and optimisation across sites.
• Monitor delivery metrics (recruitment, retention, timelines) and intervene early when things drift.
• Work closely with CRAs to ensure documentation, logistics, and compliance are complete.
• Identify friction in clinical workflows and design better systems to support delivery.

• Crewmate mentality You optimise for team productivity, work closely with CRAs and specialists, and take responsibility for the mission as a whole.

Clinical experience is a bonus, not a requirement. Ownership, judgement, and execution matter more.
