Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Neuroscience, Biomedical Engineering, or a related life sciences field.
• 3+ years of experience in clinical research coordination or neurophysiology data collection.
• Proven track record of managing IRB processes, clinical documentation, and patient-facing interactions.
• Strong understanding of EEG/EMG signal acquisition and familiarity with clinical-grade neurophysiology equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work across scientific, clinical, and business domains.
• Experience developing institutional partnerships or external collaborations in research or healthcare.
• Organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple concurrent projects with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in neurotechnology, rehabilitation engineering, or medical device trials.
• Knowledge of FDA regulatory pathways (IDE, 510(k), or De Novo) or ISO 13485 quality systems.
• Existing relationships within clinical neuroscience, rehabilitation, or hospital networks.
• Comfort interfacing with both scientific and investor audiences, translating complex concepts into clear narratives.
• Background in data analytics or signal processing for clinical research.
• Experience in crafting clinical or technical presentations for conferences or publications.
