What You’ll Do

• Support with the clinical strategy for Aika, aligning product roadmap and capabilities with the evolving needs of pharma, biotech, and CRO customers.
• Oversee the design, execution, and interpretation of internal validation studies and external collaborations that demonstrate the clinical impact and reliability of Aika.
• Foster a culture of excellence in scientific validation, quality control, and client engagement.
• Serve as the senior clinical counterpart to Product and Engineering, guiding requirements for evidence generation, traceability, and clinical decision support.
• Establish and govern standards for clinical quality, including review frameworks for platform-generated content (e.g., protocols, feasibility analyses, regulatory documentation).
• Drive the development of high-impact scientific outputs (publications, conference presentations, white papers) that position Aika as a reference AI-native platform for clinical trials.
• Represent Biorce in external scientific and industry forums, strengthening our presence among key opinion leaders, regulators, and strategic partners.

What You Bring

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree in a relevant area
• 10+ years of experience in clinical development/operations within clinical research
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including cross-functional teams in a matrix, fast- paced environment
• Strong familiarity with regulatory expectations and guidelines
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex clinical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for internal and external stakeholders
