We are seeking Clinical Data Operators to support the execution of our clinical research studies. This is a hands-on, shift-based role working directly with study participants in a controlled lab environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality data collection while providing a respectful, professional, and supportive experience for participants.
In this position you will:
Work in shifts as part of the clinical research operations team
Welcome and onboard participants with mental health conditions arriving for clinical studies
Run clinical research sessions according to established protocols
Guide participants through the study process with clear and empathetic explanations
Perform data collection and system calibration procedures
Monitor study progress and ensure protocol adherence
Maintain accurate documentation and data records
Ensure participants’ comfort, safety, and understanding throughout the study
Coordinate participant compensation at the end of each session
Collaborate closely with clinical coordination and data operations teams
Work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced startup environment
Our ideal candidate will:
Have at least 2 years remaining in academic studies
Studying Psychology (with a therapeutic orientation), Social Work, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, or a related field
Have a strong interest in clinical research and working with people
