Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Clinical Data Coordinator role in Ahmedabad. This role involves patient coordination, clinical data collection, device operation, and collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure smooth execution of clinical and research activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform patient scans using the Cerebo device
- Accurately complete Case Report Forms (CRFs) and maintain clinical records
- Coordinate with investigators, clinicians, and hospital staff for smooth workflow and timely data collection
- Support patient scheduling and follow-up activities
- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Provide training and operational support to new team members and medical staff
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals when required
- Prepare reports and summaries related to data collection and study progress
Qualifications
- Background in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Public Health, or related fields
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Comfortable working in hospital and clinical environments
- Willingness to travel and work at clinical sites if required
- Prior experience in clinical research, medical devices, or healthcare projects is preferred
- Previous experience in the healthcare, biotech, or medical device industry is a plus
