In an era where specialized testing is the norm ensuring a patient gets the correct test for their condition is critical. The clinical care coordinator plays a vital role between the institution, the clinicians, the care givers, and the patient. In specialized testing maintaining data integrity along with information confirmation allows teams to narrow down a patient's condition.

This position would be ideal for individuals who are :Interested in science, and specialized testing but not interested in working in a lab

• Interested in a clinical setting and understanding the co-relation of diagnostics and therapeutics

• Would be looking to grow themselves in the ever evolving field of clinical genomics.

Responsibilities

• Patient and Clinician communication
• Institutional communications
• Product awareness creation online (social media) or through presentations
• Feedback management
• Patient counseling with clinicians
• Handling research and commercial inquiries
• Monthly reporting / Maintaining and managing multi-disciplinary team meetings with consultants
• Logistics and sample routing
• Report review and delivery
• Fiduciary management of samples collected

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science - Biomedical /Biotechnology / Molecular Biology or similar
• Good communication skills
• Good management skills
• Problem solving skills and working under pressure is a must
• Team player
• Computer skills and using Office
