As we expand, we’re looking for a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented coordinator to support our sales, and engineering departments.
Key Responsibilities
Client communication
• Scheduling calls and meetings
• Following up on emails and missing inputs
• Sharing updates, documents, and deliverables
Project coordination
• Tracking tasks, deadlines, and dependencies
• Updating schedules, trackers, or PM tools
• Preparing agendas, notes, and status reports
Administrative support
• Managing documentation and approvals
• Logging change requests and issues
• Supporting invoicing, contracts, or onboarding
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in administrative, executive assistant, or project coordination role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and spoken English (B2+ required)
• Comfortable with digital tools: Google Docs, Sheets, Wrike, Notion, HubSpot, or similar
• Responsible, fast learner, proactive communicator
• Interest in engineering, architecture, or IT a plus
