Role Description

The Client Partner will be responsible for engaging with clients to drive business outcomes and foster long-term relationships. Day-to-day tasks include managing client accounts, consulting clients to identify their needs, offering tailored solutions, overseeing project implementation, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. This is a contract-based, on-site role located in Santa Clara, CA, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and direct communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Experience with Hexaware who has partnered with Ernst & Young
• Proven experience in Account Management and building sustainable client relationships
• Proficiency in Consulting and Management Consulting to deliver strategic business solutions
• Strong skills in Sales and business development to drive client success
• Experience in Project Management, ensuring the completion of project objectives on time and within budget
