Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate class activities and track daily attendance.
• Follow up with participants who miss sessions (via WhatsApp or calls).
• Manage participant communities and keep groups engaged.
• Share class updates, links, and motivational reminders.
• Maintain accurate participant records and weekly reports.
• Call participants regularly to check progress and encourage completion.
• Support facilitators with scheduling and class logistics.
• Escalate feedback or issues promptly to the program lead.

Requirements

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal).
• Experience managing WhatsApp or online learning communities.
• Prior experience in telesales, customer engagement, or class coordination.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel for tracking attendance and reports.
• Reliable internet and access to a phone or laptop.
• Friendly, patient, and proactive personality.
