This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO), located in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some opportunities to work remotely. The CTO will lead the development and execution of ToxiProofAI's technology strategy, oversee software development and IT architecture, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative product development. Key responsibilities include managing technical teams, ensuring project delivery within timelines, and optimizing resources to align with business objectives.

Strong expertise in Software Development, including hands-on experience with designing and deploying scalable systems.
Proven skills in Project Management, with the ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary technical teams efficiently.
Experience in IT Strategy and Architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and innovation in technology solutions.
Proficiency in Product Development to guide the creation of innovative solutions tailored to business and client needs.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred.
Experience in the pharmaceutical or health-tech industry is an advantage.
