Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Paris, with flexibility for remote work. As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will oversee the development and execution of the company’s technology strategy, managing software and product development while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading IT architecture design, overseeing project delivery, and providing strategic guidance for technology-driven initiatives. The CTO will also work closely with other executives to drive innovation and optimize the company’s technological resources for sustained growth.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Software Development and Product Development
- Strong capabilities in IT Strategy and Architecture design
- Proven leadership in Project Management and team coordination
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as quantum computing and advanced analytical models
- Ability to align technology initiatives with overarching business objectives
- Robust communication and decision-making skills
- Experience in research-driven innovation is an advantage
- Master’s, PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
