Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Warsaw, with opportunities to work from home. As the Chief Operating Officer, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring the effectiveness of business processes and the achievement of key performance goals. Responsibilities include business planning, managing operational teams, optimizing workflows, financial oversight, budgeting, and strategic execution in alignment with corporate objectives. You will collaborate across departments to uphold compliance, promote scalability, and support organizational growth.
