Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Warsaw, with opportunities to work from home. As the Chief Operating Officer, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring the effectiveness of business processes and the achievement of key performance goals. Responsibilities include business planning, managing operational teams, optimizing workflows, financial oversight, budgeting, and strategic execution in alignment with corporate objectives. You will collaborate across departments to uphold compliance, promote scalability, and support organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Planning and strategic decision-making
• Proficiency in Operations Management and optimizing business workflows
• Analytical Skills for data-driven problem-solving and decision-making
• Expertise in Finance, including financial reporting and analysis
• Experience in Budgeting and resource allocation to meet organizational goals
• Leadership and collaboration skills to drive cross-functional initiatives
• Background in technology, AI, or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field; advanced degree preferred
