Job Title: Chief Operating Officer
I. Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Responsible for the planning, establishment, and optimization of the company's overall operational framework.
Oversee the operational efficiency of various departments (including daily business operations, production, supply chain, customer service, etc.).
Develop and drive the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Strategic Execution

II. Job Requirements
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree or higher (majors in Business Administration, Economics, or Management-related fields preferred).
MBA or equivalent management experience is a plus.
Work Experience
Typically requires 15–20 years of professional work experience.
Proven management experience within large enterprises or rapidly growing companies.
Experience in managing cross-functional or cross-regional teams.
