Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

I. Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

Responsible for the planning, establishment, and optimization of the company's overall operational framework.

Oversee the operational efficiency of various departments (including daily business operations, production, supply chain, customer service, etc.).

Develop and drive the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Strategic Execution

Translate strategies formulated by the CEO or Board of Directors into actionable plans.

Drive the breakdown and implementation of company objectives (via OKRs/KPIs).

Monitor the progress of strategic execution and make necessary adjustments.

Team Management

Manage mid-to-senior level management personnel (e.g., Operations Directors, Regional Heads, etc.).

Establish an efficient organizational structure and talent pipeline.

Drive the implementation of performance appraisal and incentive mechanisms.

Business Growth & Optimization

Analyze operational data to continuously optimize business processes.

Enhance user experience, operational efficiency, and profitability.

Drive the launch and implementation of new business initiatives or models.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration

Coordinate efforts across departments such as Product, Technology, Marketing, and Sales.

Resolve cross-departmental resource conflicts and communication issues.

Ensure the smooth flow of information.

Risk & Compliance Management

Identify operational risks and formulate mitigation strategies.

Ensure business operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal company policies.

II. Job Requirements

Educational Background

Bachelor's degree or higher (majors in Business Administration, Economics, or Management-related fields preferred).

MBA or equivalent management experience is a plus.

Work Experience

Typically requires 15–20 years of professional work experience.

Proven management experience within large enterprises or rapidly growing companies.

Experience in managing cross-functional or cross-regional teams.
