Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief of Staff based in Menlo Park, CA, with some flexibility to work from home. The Chief of Staff will work closely with CEO to streamline operations, oversee strategic projects, and manage key interdisciplinary initiatives. Responsibilities include supporting leadership in decision-making, facilitating cross-team communication, and ensuring the successful execution of organizational objectives.

Qualifications

Strong organizational, time management, and project oversight skills
Proficiency in strategic planning, decision-making support, and cross-functional collaboration
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Problem-solving capabilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Experience in startups, technology, or biomanufacturing industries is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees are an advantage
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities
