Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chief of Staff role based in Chennai. The Chief of Staff will act as a key strategic advisor to the executive team, driving initiatives, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring efficient business operations. Responsibilities include managing critical projects, facilitating communication across teams, analyzing key performance metrics, and aligning organizational goals with growth strategies. The role also involves assisting with decision-making processes, preparing briefings, and monitoring overall organizational effectiveness while fostering innovation and collaboration across the company.

Qualifications

Strategic leadership and decision-making skills; ability to support cross-functional teams and drive company vision
Experience in project management, business operations, and organizational development
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of drone technology and Industry 4.0 trends (preferred)
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Proven track record in working with senior executives or leadership roles
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and effectively manage priorities
