About the Role
We are looking for a Chief of Staff to the CEO to act as a strategic partner and execution leader across the business. This role sits at the center of strategy, operations, and communication, helping translate company priorities into clear plans and ensuring strong execution as we scale quickly.
This is a highly visible role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys working across functions, and can move seamlessly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
What You Will Do
• Partner directly with the CEO on company-wide priorities, strategic initiatives, and long-term planning
• Prepare materials for board meetings, investors, and key stakeholders
• Act as a thought partner on complex decisions and tradeoffs
• Drive cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Operations
• Track progress against company goals and ensure accountability across leadership
• Identify execution gaps, risks, and bottlenecks and proactively propose solutions
• Translate strategy into clear execution plans and internal communications
• Run leadership meetings, operating cadences, and offsites
• Ensure strong information flow between the CEO, leadership team, and broader organization
• Lead special projects such as fundraising support, go-to-market initiatives, partnerships, product launches, and internal process improvements
• Step in as an operator wherever the business needs leverage most
What We Are Looking For
• 3-5 plus years of experience in roles such as Chief of Staff, Strategy and Operations, Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Investment Banking, or senior operational roles at high-growth companies
• Proven ability to work directly with senior executives and influence without authority
• Strong strategic thinking paired with high-quality execution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• High integrity, sound judgment, and discretion with confidential information
• Comfort operating in fast-moving and ambiguous environments
Nice to Have
• Experience at a high-growth startup or scaling technology company
