Role Description
The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic advisor and operational partner to the CEO. Core responsibilities include managing cross-functional initiatives, streamlining business operations, driving strategic priorities, and ensuring efficient communication across the organization to include spinout ventures. Additionally, the Chief of Staff will support decision-making through data analysis.
Put simply, the Chief of Staff owns the path from development to operation internally. Responsible for driving execution across Toro and its portfolio, ensuring each venture is built, staffed, and operating effectively.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area.
