Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Princeton, NJ for a Chief of Staff. The Chief of Staff will provide high-level strategic support to executive leadership, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing cross-departmental initiatives, and ensuring efficient communication and collaboration across teams. Responsibilities include planning and executing strategic projects, aligning team priorities to company goals, preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders, and driving organizational efficiency. The Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, contributing to key decision-making processes and ensuring seamless execution of corporate objectives.
