Role Description
This is role for a Chief Marketing Officer (Automation, Growth strategy for FX/CFD financial brokerage) based in one of our offices in : Israel ( Herzlia), Sofia, Cyprus , Malta, Dubai . The role is hybrid, allowing a combination of in-office presence and remote work. We are looking for a high-potential mid-senior marketing leader — in a strong performance-driven company — to help build and scale this new unit from the ground up . This is a hands-on, execution-driven role with senior level management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and scale a new marketing unit focused on automation and funnel performance.
• Design, optimize, and continuously improve end-to-end user onboarding funnels
• Drive micro-conversion improvements across all touchpoints (landing pages, onboarding flows, CRM communications, product interactions)
• Develop and execute automated marketing campaigns (email, push, lifecycle, retargeting)
• Collaborate closely with product, data, and tech teams to improve conversion and retention
• Run A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to drive continuous optimization
• Analyze funnel performance and implement data-driven improvements
• Support the CMO in defining and executing the overall growth strategy
• Build processes, frameworks, and potentially a team within the new unit
Requirements
• Strong experience in performance marketing / growth / lifecycle marketing
• Currently in a senior marketing role (Senior Growth Manager / Head of Performance / Growth Lead)
• Deep understanding of funnels, onboarding, and conversion optimization
• Hands-on experience with AI powered marketing automation tools and CRM systems
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Proven experience with experimentation (A/B testing, CRO frameworks)
• Background in fintech, trading, SaaS, or high-performance digital products is a strong advantage
• English — B2+/C1
