What You’ll Do

• Lead financial strategy, planning, and forecasting

• Own cashflow across a growing multi-entity, multi-currency environment

• Build solid reporting, controls, and governance without slowing us down

• Support pricing, margins, and product unit economics across hardware and software

• Guide fundraising, investor engagement, and due diligence

• Partner with founders on commercial decisions and long-term direction

• Shape the finance function as we scale internationally

• Be a steady, strategic voice in a fast-moving environment

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong post-qualification experience

• Proven senior financial leadership in a growing or complex organisation

• Excellent technical accounting skills, comfortable with audits and statutory reporting

• Strong in operational finance, management accounting, and performance reporting

• Analytical and commercial, able to turn numbers into clear strategic insight

• Hands-on, detail-focused, and rigorous with compliance, controls, and risk

• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency operations

• Confident with pricing, costing, margins, and manufacturing or supply chain finance

• Comfortable working with investors, auditors, banks, and partners

• Strong communicator with board-level presence and influence

• Enjoys building systems and improving processes in a founder-led environment

• Someone who wants to grow with us, not just “manage” us
