Key Responsibilities:

Market Expansion: Execute the strategic roadmap for international scaling

Brand Authority: Position Preen as the "Tesla of car care"—replacing antiquated, abrasive friction tech with elegant, robotic precision.

Fundraising & Investor Relations: Secure upcoming funding rounds by articulating a vision that bridges hardware innovation with a luxury service model.

We have an industry leading development team and wish to establish and build out the commercial side of the business.

Experience: 15+ years of leadership, ideally having scaled a tech industrial startup.

Education: STEM degree (Engineering, Physics, or CS) coupled with a strong business pedigree (MBA or equivalent experience).

DNA: You are in your prime—combining the energy of a founder with the seasoned judgment of an executive. You have a track record of successful exits or significant scale-ups.

You will be responsible for leading the organization, driving strategic initiatives, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring sustained financial growth. Core responsibilities will include orchestrating business planning processes, managing company finances, optimizing operations, fostering a high-performance culture, and identifying opportunities for market expansion.

The CEO will also collaborate with stakeholders to align organizational goals and ensure the delivery of long-term value.

Qualifications Strong background in Sales and business development

Expertise in Sale, Marketing and Operations Management

Proven ability in Business Planning and Strategic Planning

Excellent understanding of engineering and science

Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated ability to manage and grow organizational teams

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Some experience of fund raising and corporate finance desirable.
