Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Chennai for a Chief Business Development Officer. The Chief Business Development Officer will lead strategic initiatives to grow our business and expand market presence. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting in-depth market research, spearheading sales strategies, forging key partnerships, and managing comprehensive financial plans to support business goals. The role demands a proactive approach to driving impactful strategies and achieving measurable results.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Research and the ability to analyze competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities
• Strong expertise in Finance, including financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Proven experience in Sales and building relationships with key stakeholders
• Strong skills in Strategic Planning and decision making for long-term organizational success
• Demonstrated experience in Business Development, including negotiation and partnerships
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Experience in managing cross-industry projects is an advantage
• Master's degree in Business Administration or related fields is highly desirable
