We're expanding—and we’re looking for a Channel Sales Manager to lead our partner ecosystem strategy and execution. If you have a strong network in physical security and smart building industries, government business exposure, and a proven track record in solution selling, we’d love to meet you.

DeltaFrontier Vietnam Co., Ltd
Channel Development & Management
Build, expand, and manage a high-performing network of channel partners including system integrators, distributors, and resellers across the smart building, physical security, and workspace automation sectors.
Identify and onboard new channel partners aligned with our business objectives and technical capabilities.
Strategic Partnership Enablement
Strengthen relationships with key players in the industry: turnstile and lift suppliers, CCTV providers, facility management system integrators, smart building contractors, and government-focused partners.
Train and support partners on product knowledge, sales enablement, and integration strategies.
Sales Execution & Growth
Co-develop go-to-market strategies and joint business plans with partners to drive revenue and market penetration.
Leverage a consultative and solution-selling approach to align partner needs with DeltaFrontier’s offerings.
Meet and exceed partner-driven revenue targets.
Drive collaboration with partners active in government and public sector projects to expand footprint in this high-impact segment.
Market Intelligence & Feedback Loop
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine channel strategies.
Provide actionable insights to product and marketing teams to improve offerings and positioning.
Brand & Ecosystem Representation
Represent DeltaFrontier at key industry events, trade shows, and partner summits.
Champion our brand and solutions within the partner ecosystem and industry community.
Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales or partner management within smart workspace, physical security, or digital transformation industries.
Strong network in the physical security and smart building space (e.g., CCTV, elevators, BMS integrators, facility tech vendors).
Experience working with government agencies, tenders, and public sector projects is a strong advantage.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Information Technology. Equivalent experience will be considered.
Skills & Attributes
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
Excellent relationship-building and partner management skills.
Proven ability to drive sales through partners and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment.
Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
